1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

  • Identification and contact data: first and last name, email address, phone number.
  • Company and request data: company name, requested service, volumes, deadlines and the message sent through our forms.
  • Visit data: the page you send the form from, the referring page and, only if you accept analytics cookies, the campaign source (UTM parameters).
  • Traffic statistics: only if you accept analytics cookies (Google Analytics).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Quote requests and messages, to reply and prepare your quote: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps).
  • Traffic statistics (Google Analytics), to understand which pages are useful: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, only with your consent in the cookie banner.
  • Website security and abuse prevention (for example spam filtering): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
  • Newsletter, only once activated and only with your explicit consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  • Legal obligations (for example accounting, once a contract is signed): Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. How long we keep data

We keep quote requests and messages for 3 years after the last interaction, unless the law requires a longer period (for example accounting records).

5. Recipients and processors

We use a few providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms: delivers messages sent through the website's forms to our team. Its servers are in the USA; the transfer is protected by standard contractual clauses.
  • Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics (only with your consent) and Google Sheets, for our internal log of incoming requests.
  • The website's hosting provider.

We do not sell or rent your data.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • The right of access to your data
  • The right to rectify inaccurate data
  • The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
  • The right to restrict processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to object
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing

7. Cookies and local storage

  • densia_cookie_consent (localStorage, necessary): remembers your choice in the banner.
  • _ga, _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics, only if you accept): tell visitors apart in traffic statistics; expire after at most 2 years.
  • densia_attr (sessionStorage, only if you accept): the source of your visit (for example a campaign), sent along with the form; deleted when you close the tab.

8. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration.
